Between the river Rhône and the Marina, with a beautiful view on the river quays, and on the marina terraces, this bright apartment with a privileged city location, cozy an completely revovated and newly furnished, offers you a comfortable stay for both summer and winter. You will be at a priviledged place to enjoy the festive and cultural events of the Saint Louisien Summer, on your return of the sunny days on our beaches.
Secure access to the residence by a code, and reserved parking place in the secure car park on the first floor in the residence closed court yard.
This small 40 sqm apartment with a 7 sqm loggia is fully equipped and consists of :
- A kitchen/living room fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplates electric cooker, washing machine, dischwasher... In the living room area : a sofa (extra bed for 2 persons) and a flat screen TV.
- A double bedroom with a big dressing cabinet and direct access to the loggia
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Little pets are allowed with the agreement of the owner (supplement of €4 per day).

These rates include charges except during the winter season, an additional charge will be applied for heating.
