Located at the entrance of the city, in a private residence, we offer you to spend a pleasant holiday in our house, you will have everything you need to feel at home.

On the ground floor, you will find: fully equipped open kitchen, living-dining room with a flat screen, TV box, and a small office area, separate toilet, small courtyard so that you can enjoy the end of the day around the barbecue.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms all equipped with 2 beds 80x200 twin to obtain a bed of 160x200, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, 2 duvets 140x200 or 1 of 240x220, 2 pillows, bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 toilet.

Equipment: Oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, washing machine, mixer, blender, filter coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, folding drying rack and an outdoor fixed drying rack, clothespin basket, barbecue, outdoor living room.

For babies : travel cot with mattress, toilet booster seat and chair booster seat, small duvet. Pets are allowed (see condition with the owners).

Parking: in the residence in front of the garage or at the back of the house (access from the yard). WIFI access. Reversible air conditioning. Non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided (one set per person), (beach towel not provided). A deposit of €300 will be required.

Tarifs

From May to October : 140€ per night (3 nights minimum)+65€ for cleaning, a full week ( 7 nights) is 905€, cleaning included.

From November to April : 110€ per night (3 nights minimun)+65€ for cleaning, a full wekk ( 7 nights) is 730€, cleaning included.
